Workflow design

A workflow is more useful when you can follow it.

Starting a task is only the beginning. A workflow should help you understand its progress and what happens if something goes wrong.

Begin with the plan

A clear plan makes it easier to judge whether an agent understood the request and whether its access is appropriate.

Keep the checkpoint visible

Some steps prepare information; others change things. An approval checkpoint should make that difference obvious.

Make recovery part of the design

Useful failure details and safe retry behavior are priorities for Clario. We want people to know what completed before deciding what to try again.
